Finding Whimsy is an invitation to reconnect with lightness, joy, and play—the parts of yourself that often get pushed aside in the seriousness of adult life. This session creates space to explore what brings you energy, curiosity, and aliveness, and how to bring more of that into your everyday experience.

Growing Through Change supports you in navigating transitions with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. Whether the change is chosen or unexpected, this session helps you understand where you are, what you need, and how to move forward in a way that feels grounded and resourced.
